Hello, and welcome to my life's dream. Seeing and experiencing the consequences of not taking care of myself, eating poorly, and not exercising, I developed a passion for being well and helping others be well also. The information available to us can be confusing. I am here to help you sift through what is important to you and help you find what works best for you. I am committed to your wellness and mine because we are worth better wellness. I hope that you will trust that I will always seek what you are wanting for yourself.
I believe in educating myself so that I can share my knowledge with you. I have a Bachelor's degree in Public Health and a Master's degree in Health Education. In addition to being a Certified Intrinsic Health and Wellbeing Coach, I am also a Certified Health Education Specialist through NCCEH. Because of the negative impact diabetes has made in our lives, I specialize in diabetes education, and I am also a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. I have taken various courses in nutrition and physical education. I am currently Certified in Exercise is Medicine through the ACSM. I am currently seeking a Lifestyle Medicine certification.
